Lovely location and the tour roy d the farm was a fun walk around and got to the river. The staff were lovely and accommodating when we arrived early in the morning. The food is also lovely, we were very pleased that we chose to stay here rather than in the centre of Arusha.

The view is fantastic. Each room setting is unique, and attention to the traditional African style techniques is exquisite. Above all, THE PEOPLE!!!! They smiles will follow my memories for a very long time. the food, and the hospitality were all exceptional. A special mention goes to Hidaya, Stela our assistant for the few days we stayed. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home, keeping us entertained and ensuring our stay was perfect.

It was one of the best experiences we had in Tanzania! Very authentic, everything build by there own, 2 brothers with their friends on the coffee farm from their grandfather! Absolutly relaxing, very great coffee and good dinner. The surrounding was very quite and peaceful. He organized also best safari for us with a professional guide!

We felt here like at home! We came back to this place several times during our holidays, and the hosts were always friendly. The beds were big and comfortable. They also have mosquito net, hot water, and all necessary stuff. Thanks a lot for hospitality!

    Wow, what a find! Tucked away in a lush banana plantation near Arusha, this eco-hostel stole my heart. My cozy barn cabin felt like a treehouse dream, complete with a porch swing and stunning Mount Meru views. But the real showstopper? The incredibly cheap eats and drinks! I feasted on delicious organic meals straight from the farm without breaking the bank.     This property is fantastic for backpackers, budget travellers, woofers and those looking for an environmental stay. The banana and coffee plantation surround the rooms giving wonderful views. Rooms are basic and clean, with eco-generated hot water and electricity. The tour around the property was reasonably interesting. For the price you pay, you can't go wrong.

    The staff is realy kind and helpfull. The rooms are fine. You pay a good (cheap) price to stay here and a nice breakfast is included. Dinner is possible, they serve delicious food. We had a lovely stay. I would definetly recommend this hostel, especially for students.

    Arusha has many youth hostels, but a lot of them are in inconvenient and difficult-to-find locations. It's not entirely safe to walk around Arusha after dark, so that can be a problem. Green Garden is in a fantastically central location, but still on a quiet, green side street where you don't hear the city's loud traffic at all. And the grounds of the hostel are really beautiful.
