I didn't expect to find such a great place for little money in Washington. A real gem. Everything is brand new. Very comfortable beds, clean new bed linen. The shower and toilet are really state-of-the-art, which you don't always find even in expensive hotels. Internet speed 500 Mbps. Very hospitable and cheerful owner.The beakfast was full and tasty.Bravo! Hats off! If you are not ready to pay hundreds of dollars for your stay, then don't hesitate.

The mattress is soooo comfortable, it feels likes you're sleeping on clouds 😊 Perfect for a long day walking around DC's monuments and museums. The pancakes for breakfast are also delicious!
