Big comfy bed in a private pod, lots of storage, private locker, power sockets, small light.. A/C and fan in the room. 1 bathroom for 6 beds in the female only dorm. Great location too, so don't forget to enjoy the rooftop. The staff at the bar is very attentive. The girl at the reception had a great level of English and was very helpful unlike some of her colleagues downstairs which could use some hospitality training..Guest review byChloéSolo traveller

They booked our boat tour of Ha Long Bay and organised bus to Ninh Binh. The food in the downstairs restaurant was great and reasonably priced and they had good music on every night. We had tried to book another well-known hostel in the area which was sold out, but I'm glad we ended up here as it had a much more traditional 'backpacker' type vibe than that place 😀Guest review byGreigFamily with young children

The staff are very friendly and helpful, helped us in booking tours, transport and what to do while we were here.
