Chi is such a sweetheart. She really makes you feel at home.Cleanliness is next level. The cleanest place I ever stayed at. Good beds, big bathroom and big lockers. She provides some fruit and there is filtered water for free which is really nice. You can rent semi-automatic and automatic bikes. She also does laundry 50k/load. Everything!! I didn’t expect too much from a hostel but everything about this hostel was amazing. It’s so clean, beds are comfy, you have a balcony and 2 bathrooms in the room, staff are super lovely, they have nice breakfast and the location is very good as well.

It was so magical @ Rubi's Hostel. We met so many locals and shared dinner with them. Chi was really funny and we had heaps of good laughs. The kitchen has everything what you need to prepare a good dish. Free rental bikes were awesome as well to explore the region. We would definetly come back one day! Just loved it! Karma feelings forever ☯️!

I got there by mistaken however, it was the best choice so far. Lovely staff, specially “Na” I run cash out and my credit card did not work neither, though they helped me to figure out. Very obliging people all time.

Had a great time at the friendly hostel, definitely lives up to its name. We had a great time with the owner and his friends, drinking beers and singing karaoke. They even let us try local Vietnamese food they ordered in.

The host is super friendly. I never experience any nice host like her and her family. Room price is reasonable not to say cheap and the value received is much more than that. With 3 days stay, we also got 1 free laundry which was very unexpected and thats very nice from the host. She gave us free banana, biscuits and free water everyday. I was very happy with our stay. Would come back if we ever come back to Hue city. I highly recommend this hotel for budget.
