Flaco the owner is a lovely man who will go out of his way to make everything perfect for you. View is great, staff is super friendly and kind and that was exactly what we needed after a horrible sleeper drive from Hanoi to Sa Pa. Definitely worth the staying.

We stayed 6 nights at Hello Sapa Hotel extending our stay multiple times whilst we waited for good weather in Ha Giang. Mia was absolutely amazing throughout, undoubtedly one of the best hosts we have had on our trip. She was so accommodating throughout, supplied my partner hot tea when she was struggling with a sore throat and the cold and posted some items on to us in Ninh Binh after we realised we had left them behind. Thank you Mia for being amazing! The rooms we stayed in were all lovely and warm which was great in the cold Sapa winter and the beds were comfy. Breakfast was great, we had the Beef Pho most days which was probably one of the best Pho we've eaten in Vietnam. 100% recommend staying at Hello Sapa Hotel, you won't be disapointed!

The lady who owned the hostel was really lovely we communicated through google translate when we needed to. She had two cute kitties as well. The size of the room was a lot bigger than expected and we had a nice view. It was really good value for money.
