The place was very clean, the location was excellent and close to everything I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the value for money was great.

The stuff was welcoming and polite, even though I arrived at 3 in the morning. I made a mistake by booking the bed one day after and the receptionist was happy to change it anyway! Also, I had a flight the following day at 5 am and instead letting me rest on the couch, I was offered to booked the bed half the price for few hours. 😊😊 I was also able to leave the luggage at the place, while going through the city. The location is perfect.

Jerome was always there for you when you needed anything. He was kind, patient, extremely reliable, and hilarious to boot. Even the owner of the hostel, Omar came by from downtown Abu Dhabi to make sure everything was okay. This place goes above and beyond as a hostel.

The hosts are kind and amazing, had a great time, and can't recommend them enough! The rooms are exactly right, there's AC, the sheets are extreeemely smooth and comfy. Location wise, it's around 1h away from main attractions. However, you find everything you need nearby and there are plenty of cabs/ buses taking you where you need to go. From the European perspective, you'll find the mattresses a bit hard and the wet toilets, well, wet. But it's normal the further East you go, so do not expect these aspects to change elsewhere. (Saw a lot of reviews mentioning these things as a minus point, though they're a normal part of the traveling experience.)
