We were moved to a room with better facilities free of charge. Definitely a top tier hostel and I fully recommend you to stay here.

So many spaces here to connect, relax and rest. The managers especially, are the heart and soul of the hostel. The place is CLEAN. They make sure the bathrooms stay as clean as possible. Breakfast was amazing and beautiful. The managers and staff talk to guests and make sure they don't feel alone. They are professional, warm and understanding

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the room was the most comfortable I've stayed in here in Albania.
