The room and bathroom were large, clean and well equipped, plus the balcony was just outstanding: very spacious and with a good view. The staff was very nice and helpful, they even allowed us to have a late check out when we asked for it at the last minute. Will definitely visit again when we come back to Sarandë!

Niko (the host) is a problem solver and a great people person. His family does a magnificent job of assisting in running the hostel. They provide free fruit from their fruit trees, free beer on some nights, and great conversation. They've lived in this area for generations and have a vast wealth of knowledge and experience of Vlore's history. Very good air conditioning, showers, kitchen (with oven and stove). Undoubtedly the best hostel I've ever stayed in. Book your stay before the demand inevitably raises prices.

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had in a hostel. Nana and her family received me with such kindness that I felt at home immediately. They were really helpful and attentive. They even gave me a gift before I left. The facilities were spotless, the room was spacious, the beds very comfortable, with clean sheets and comfortable pillows, and there was a big common area and two beautiful gardens to hang out and relax. The hostel is literally two minutes away from the bus station and really close to all the main attractions and the old city. It's a very convenient location, with supermarkets, bakeries and everything you need at hand. There is also a city bus that can take you to the beach in a few minutes. I would definitely go back there and I highly recommend it.

Hostel on the Hill - by Filikuri Beach se găsește în Himare, la aproximativ 4 minute de mers pe jos de Plaja Potam, și are o grădină și o terasă, precum și WiFi gratuit în întreaga proprietate. Loved it here and Jaja is the best. Waking up to the view is just out of this world❣️🙏 Loved every moment here and the sunset from the balcony 😍 Very close to Filikuri beach and it's a good workout to come up here, but you won't want to leave again 😅
