There is laundry, nearby shops, it's close to the marshrutka stop and the beach, the owner is super kind and ready to answer all question! I really hope more people strat exploring from Sevan town, it's really a nice town for a base.

All the stuffs are super nice, the house is warm and safe even under a serious rainstorm. Views are super stunning and relaxing, and the facilities are nicely designed and walkable to enjoy the lake side and landscape. Breakfast is tasty and we all love the small pancakes. We all enjoyed so much.

The hostel is modern and clean, with comfortable beds and all necessary facilities. Great location close to the city center, bus stop and supermarkets. The host is very friendly and helpful.

Lovely hosts (they spoke Russian but had limited English) and a very sizeable room with lots of facilities including a small kitchenette and a dining table. The property is in a great location and we really enjoyed our stay.
