The rooms are clean and comfortable (we ended up staying in all types of rooms from dorm to double bed with en suite and they were all great). To top it off the breakfast is much better than we have experienced at other hostels! Overall, an excellent hostel

Only 30 metres from the ocean and 11 blocks from Puerto Madryn bus station, Chepatagonia has dorm rooms and apartments with free Wi-Fi. There are shared kitchen facilities and a TV room. Once you enter the hostel you are automatically welcomed by a crumpy but at the same time friendly dog, the staff receives you and explains everything you want and need about the area and its surroundings. Volunteers, employees, and owners are all extremely friendly. You will find yourself eating empanadas or asado with them right after finishing your check-in. The hostel is super chill, and has rules like "kitchen close at 11 pm" but if you are not a moron and know how to behave, they will let you do whatever you want at whatever time. Cleaning is done daily, even the dog brights! PS: One of the best breakfasts I've ever had in a hostel (they have free Tabasco).

Located 400 metres from the beach and 300 metres from Puerto Madryn’s central square, La Tosca Hostel offers 2 fully equipped common kitchens, BBQ facilities and free Wi-Fi. Breakfast is included. Super attentive and nice staff, helped with everyrhing I needed at any reasonable hour. The room was very nice, the shared kitchen also very nice and useful. Breakfast very nice and generous bouffet, much more than you'd expect from a hostel. I had a great time!

Bright rooms with free Wi-Fi can be enjoyed just 3 blocks from the ocean. Puerto Madryin’s bus terminal is 6 blocks away. Private parking is with reservation. Spacious and clean. Friendly cat!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The kitchen had everything we needed and there are plenty of social areas to chat to other guests. Snoop the cat was an added bonus. It's very close to everything you need in Esquel, and next door to a decent bar.
