Everything was incredible, honestly. People were phenomenal from the very start, so welcoming, kind and friendly. They helped me with all of my questions about the city, tours, best destinations and not only. Considering the location, rooms, view and breakfast you really get what you pay for and more.

Such a wonderful stay! Nelson was super accommodating and had a great attention to detail. We arrived quite late and he promptly came to check us in and was happy to chat with us despite the time. The bedroom was cosy and warm, and there was a nice bathroom with hot water (which cannot be said for all places in Bariloche!). The breakfast was lovely (cafe con leche and toasts with lots of little pots with dulce de leche, jam, cream cheese) a great place to meet other guests. There’s also a really nice common area with sofas and a tv. When we return to Bariloche, we’ll be staying here again no doubt! Muchas gracias Nelson 😊

Emily and Mariano and the whole staff were very welcoming and treated me like family. There was a nice common space and outdoor space to meet people and play with simona the crazy dog. I had a great time and ended up staying at the hostel twice when I returned to Bariloche!
