Omg i love these place so much! Staying with them feeling like being home.. they owners are a couple (also his brother i think)..i think his name was santiago..he feel like a brother who try to help you with anything he can..its like a house you staying in as you get Keys to come in the house aswell. Big garden with big pool. Unfortantly i came in autumn so to cold for me.. i can tell everyone to come and stay here..you dont want to stay anywhere else haha.. unfortantly i had to the last night. I can tell i felt more happy in Coya. The bed was comfi even the room is at the street side. No noise..and im even light sleeper. Beautiful residential area..a good 20 min walk to center but i like it and i always felt so safe everywhere in la salta..the breakfast was royal and simple.. the helper who was there 24h for 3 days instead of santiago. I forgot unfortantly his name he was wonderfull too. Super helpfull and sweet at all times..he made sure i had breakfast ready set up for my 2 early tours..even before breakfast time..thank you ! You all are the best. I would only come here!!

The hostel is really nice and clean. The bedsheets were really comfortable -il tried other hostels and it wasn't nearly that good. A huge plus is the bar in the hostel, with very affordable prices. Overall, perfect experience. Mika even prepared ahead of time a breakfast for us as we left early.

It was spotlessly clean, much better looking than the pictures, at unbeatable VFM, fantastic location just a couple of blocks (under 5 minutes walking) from the centre with one of the best empanada restaurants and two good cafes right next door to it. Pharmacy, tiendas, bakeries all within a block. Felt very safe and secure. There is no social environment. It's a great place to catch up on some R&R though. The kitchen is well equipped too. I booked for 2 nights and stayed for a week to catch up on rest after a gruelling 1.5 months through Patagonia and the tours around Salta.

One of the best places I've stayed at during my travels through South America! This newish hostel is located just one block from the main plaza . It is super clean, comfortable, safe, and quiet. The owners are incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. Sometimes you will get a morning coffee and there's free fruit and tea. One of the best parts is the kitchen--it is the best stocked kitchen I've used in a hostel--stove, oven, toaster, and coffee maker and tons of pots and pans that are in good condition and plates, bowls, utensils to use. Everything works and it's just a pleasant place to make a meal. This place just feels like home. The hostel has both private rooms and dorm rooms. For those staying in the dorm rooms, you get a large towel and a face towel (unheard of in Latin America) and you don't need to pay extra. The private rooms do not have en-suite bathrooms. But there are plenty of bathrooms to use. They are clean, and the showers have good water pressure and consistent hot water. The location is another plus. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. If you are coming by bus, you could easily walk to the hostel from the station. It will be about a 20-minute walk (no hills). An Uber cost me about 2,500 pesos. I have stayed at two other places in Salta and Clivias Hostel is so much better than the other places I've stayed at.

We booked in last minute upon our arrival to Cafayate and all were handled quickly and smoothly. We were welcomed in warm gesture, the room was clean and ready, WIFI works great and the location is super great.
