The owner is very kind and the arrangement to leave the bag before the check-in time was smooth. I like the kitchen and common space a lot. Although it is not in the city center area but the location is also great. It takes 7-10 mins walk to downtown and 12-15 mins walk to the train station.

Wei then gave me instructions how to enter the place. I found my room. There were several other rooms in this house, but I was the only guest. There was a large kitchen, dining room, TV room and even a swimming pool outside. Oh yeah. Wifi worked well.
