When I initially wrote the comment a made a mistake as I confused It with other hostel. It was perfect, very confortable and safe (like everywhere in Viena). Everyone was really friendly and both the capsules and the bathrooms were really clean. They have free lockers and ear plugs. If I ever go back to Viena I would surely consider staying here again

The location of the hotel is perfect, with the metro, tram, and train just around the corner, but we preferred mostly walking as it is very easy to get to all the main attractions in the city. A special thanks to Laura, who was incredibly kind and helpful! We highly recommend this hotel!
