As we are a small, independent hostel, our reception is open from 9.00am - 5.00pm. Tim was friendly and accommodating upon our arrival and helped us choose a tour to the Barrier Reef. The hostel has a relaxed and social atmosphere. They make an effort to recycle and reduce energy use etc. Overall one of the better hostels I've stayed in in Australia.

The staff are next-level, not just friendly but genuinely helpful and accommodating. Big shoutout to Nail and Sharlene, after chatting with them I actually decided to switch over to the long-term options, and I’m so glad I did. Honestly, if you’re looking for a place that’s clean, social, and run by a great team, Bounce is the way to go! 🎉
