Also the other staff (Redd and Ezra) are amazing people who make you feel welcome the moment you enter the hostel. Moreover, the living room and the backyard is a big hangout spot to meet new crowds and build friendships, with for me as a solo traveler is one of the most important things. I enjoyed the stay so much that I extended twice. Thank you so much!

The property is located 400 metres from St Paul's Cathedral, 200 metres from Flinders Street Station and 600 metres from Eureka Tower. The accommodation offers a shared kitchen and a 24-hour front desk for guests. That was my 2nd visit and the facilities are well renovated. The bracelet key system was a big help for me to be mobile without worry of leaving keys anywhere.

YHA Apollo Bay Eco Hostel is a 2-minute walk from restaurants and cafes in Apollo Bay town centre. It is a 45-minute drive to Cape Otway Lighthouse and a 90-minute drive to the Twelve Apostles. Staff was very helpful. Good location. And will come back and stay here again.

You can play billiards and darts at the hostel, and the area is popular for fishing and snorkelling. The best hostel I’ve stayed in so far! The owner is extremely kind, the house is just amazing, cute, full of charm and well decorated. The garden is just perfect. Unfortunately I stayed only one night but if I return to port fairy I’ll stay in this house for sure!
