De Draecke Hostel offers accommodation in Ghent, only 1km away from the city center. Guests can enjoy an on-site bar and free WiFi is available throughout the entire property. The city is quite large and contains lot's of crossings, however there is a connection directly from the Train station (bus station near the train station), therefore it is manageable. Should you wish to take the train into the city, there is a stop not far from the hotel and you can get a shared city card for certain number of travels. Breakfast is the standard one with toasts, tea/coffee, therefore I would not call it rich, but is good to consider to start the day. In the city there are options to eat the breakfast for sure, however most points of sale focus on chocolate, waffles and sweets in general. At the reception you can get the city map that helps a lot to move around the city, which is another positive of this place.

Located right in Ghent's city centre, KaBa Hostel features a garden with a terrace and offers rooms with free WiFi 1 km from the Vrijdagmarkt Square and Ghent's City Council. I really like the atmosphere of this hostel. The location is great, the room were so comfy and clean, the reception guys were amazing and friendly and super helpful for everything! I highly recommend this hostel for everyone!
