I checked-in in the worst time possible: 24th of December at night. Not only the staff was reassuring in the process, they made the check-in as comfortable and quick as possible. The rooms have a lot of space, the hostel is well-located, they have really nice locker which are free to use, the breakfast is really good, they let you use the common area after check-out and the staff is really friendly.

The room doesn't have a view, but it was comfortable and cosy enough. The common area has an amazing view and was homely and warm - I especially liked that it had different sections that suited various needs and moods.
