The staff is nice and willing to help. The room was clean, spacious enough with nice bathroom and balcony. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was open before the check in so we could refresh from the heat outside (it was over 40 degrees that day in Sandanski). The place around the hotel feels safe to walk in night and is close to the main street, restaurants and shops. Generally the hotel is a great value for money.

Our stay was perfect! The property looked exactly like the pictures. Great location close to the city center. The food was very good and cheaper than we found anywhere else in the city. Vladimir was amazing, he helped us out with tips on where to eat and what to see in the city and was very kind throughout our entire stay.
