We stayed over the weekend, so it was a little noisy outside at night, but it didn’t bother us much.

The house of Murillo, founder of the city, is only 100 metres away and the famous witches-walk is a 5-minute walk from the property. El Alto International Airport is a 30-minute drive away and the bus station is a 7-minute walk from the Hostal. Everything. Gorgeous place. Highly recommended. It creaks but it makes part of the fun.

Had to leave quickly in the morning to get back to La Paz as I was feeling unwell, and the owners helped me quickly call a taxi. Owner also gave me and my partner a private dorm room although we booked a shared dorm room, which was very kind.
