This is a wonderful hostel centrally located in Praia do Forte recognized by Hostelling International that has a variety of accommodation options. I spent 3 weeks as a solo senior (65 yrs old ) traveller here in a room with a private bathroom. My room was spacious and clean with a smart TV, efficient air conditioning, ceiling fan, comfortable bed and plenty of storage space. The bathroom had great water pressure and the shower had plenty of hot water. The included breakfast buffet had a nice variety of delicious food including vegetarian options. The staff at the hostel were all courteous, accommodating, professional and many spoke excellent English including the very friendly owner/manager Paulo. The wifi connection here was excellent. The hostel has bicycles available to rent. Residents of the hostel get huge discounts on many attractions and businesses in the Praia do Forte vicinity. There was a terrific self service laundry (Lavo) just steps away. This is a fantastic place to stay for solo budget travellers like myself, couples or families with children. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this quiet well managed hostel and would definitely return when visiting Praia do Forte.

At the hostel, each room has a desk and a balcony with a city view. At Luz de Regina Bahia rooms include a wardrobe and a flat-screen TV. It's a very cozy place with nice people. We had the feeling that it's run quite professionally, and the host Beto is very helpful and easy to talk to. There is also the possibility to do laundry for R$15 which was quite convenient for us. The area feels safe, and there is a really nice supermarket next door. Great value for money and we would be happy to be back.

It was exceptionally clean, with a great breakfast, in a really good location. Rafael could not have been more helpful, he was always available to answer questions and offer recommendations. If you’re looking for a calm, peaceful place to stay in Itacaré, I hugely recommend!

At the hostel, each room comes with a patio with a garden view. Casa das Irmãs was a lovely stay. I met so many interesting women there and we had so much fun. The location was a bit outside the city buzz but you could still access everything easily. Really recommend.
