Before coming to Rio, I was a bit worried about safety, but this hostel completely put my mind at ease. It has its own secure entrance, which made me feel very safe. The metro station is just a few minutes’ walk, making transportation super convenient. There are several supermarkets nearby, which is very handy, and the beach is only about a 20-minute walk away—perfect for a stroll or relaxing. I really enjoyed staying here and would definitely choose this hostel again next time I visit Rio!

This lively hostel in Rio de Janeiro has a great location 300 metres from famous Copacabana Beach. It offers fun in its bamboo spa, pool bar and outdoor mountain lounge. This is the best hostel I have ever been to. Very kind staff and comfortable bed and clean bathrooms. Highly recommend ! I liked that the hostel is very close to Copacabana beach.

I loved my stay at the Castelo for many reasons, it’s in a beautiful property in a beautiful part of Rio with amazing staff and amazing facilities. Everyone there makes you feel like you’re a part of a big family, I will definitely be back ❤️

The grounds are kept clean all through the day and night. With a lovely pool to enjoy and great communal areas. The staff couldn’t be nicer! So a huge shout out to them. They provided even more than I could’ve asked for. With meals to purchase while you stay and clean towns and sheets too. Breakfast was delicious and always on time. I love this place !

Lovely view at the lagoon and Niteroi. Overall in the night. A lot of space to sit chill and lay around. TV and sofas, a hammock, a pool and more space to chill at the pool. All what the heart wants. Then you have lapa and it’s bars close but far enough that’s quite in the hostel :)

I loved this place! The room was very spacious, clean, with comfortable king-size beds. Breakfast was delicious, fresh bread, sweet orange juice, yummy papaya. Thais and Rafa were beyond kind and polite. Anyway, I can't recommend enough this place:-) PS: You must try they restaurant downstairs. It's DIVINE!!
