The hygiene is impressive. Despite people constantly coming and going, the facilities—including the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry—were always clean whenever I used them. The hostel is located away from downtown, allowing you to enjoy the natural beauty of Banff in peace. My roommates were very polite and made an effort to keep quiet, even when returning late at night. I was lucky to have such considerate and respectful roommates. Overall, I enjoyed the trip in Hi Banff~

The staff was very kind and explained everything to me, even though I was not very good at English. I broke a pair of tongs while cooking, but the woman didn't blame me and told me I didn't have to pay for it. I'm really grateful.
