Great value for a price 10x lower than any hotel in the area. That's probably the best hostel I've been to. It's clean, people are friendly, you have all the amenities you need. People are actually socialising together in a living room, which also looks great. There is A/C in the room, the beds have curtains with them, the bathrooms are clean and spacious and there are quite a bit of them.

Located 4 minutes’ walk from Jericho Beach Park, this Vancouver hostel features free WiFi in the common areas and an on-site café. Great location! Huge kitchen that had everything you needed. Amazing staff!! The staff was the best part about this hostel, everyone was friendly and welcoming. Beach is steps away and the sunset is breathtaking!

I arrived in the midst of a big storm, around 9 pm and staff were friendly and helpful as we waited for wifi to come back on for checkin. I chose the location because of its close proximity to Pacific Central Station and it was easy to catch my 530 am bus to Kelowna, with staff available. Very good to know for my next trip to Vancouver.

Sometimes hostels have a lot of rooms, and very little space for all of those guests to hang out. However, Dancing Bear Inn was perfect. There weren't too many guests, and there were plenty of different areas to sit and hang out which was great! Our room was really bright and comfortable, the whole hostel was very clean and all of the staff were amazing and super friendly.
