The staff here are amazing—friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The room is a bit tight for the number of beds, but it’s manageable. Adding privacy curtains to the bunk beds would make a big difference, especially given the limited space. The facilities are decent and kept clean. It’s conveniently located near the bus station. The location is great—away from the hustle and chaos of the town center and closer to the mountains, just the way I like it. Overall, it’s a great value for money and a solid spot to meet other backpackers and solo travelers.

Staff was very supportive and gave whatever information i needed. Cleanliness was very good. They have a big kitchen and breakfast is free. Beds were comfortable. No complaints.

Located on Banff National Park, this hostel is just 5 minutes’ walk from Banff’s shops and bars. LOVED it. The people, the atmosphere, the staff everything about this place was amazing
