Situado muito perto de margens do Rio Reno, este design hostel fica ao lado da antiga porta da cidade de St. Alban. O hostel é exatamente como nas fotos. O quarto é organizado, limpo e a cama é bem confortável. Os funcionários são muito prestativos e simpáticos. Consegui deixar minha mala no locker antes do check-in e após o check-out, usando uma moeda de 5 francos (a moeda ativa a trava do locker, se acaso você não tiver a moeda também é possível deixar a mala no hostel, mas ela fica em uma outra sala que não tem armários). A localização é boa, consegui ir para vários pontos turísticos a pé, mas também tem ponto de tram próximo (de 5 a 10 minutos dependendo para onde você vai). O café da manhã também foi muito bom. Minha estadia foi excelente!

O Basel Backpack está alojado numa fábrica histórica remodelada, apenas a 10 minutos da principal estação ferroviária de Basileia. Like probably most people, I came there mainly cause of the price and this was my first stay at a hostel. I didn't expect much yet when I arrived I got much more than (I thought) I paid for. Destination is great, right next to both a tram and bus stop. Rooms had many beds but never felt crowded. We all got lockers for our stuff. Whole hostel was clean and had a cool urban vibe. Apart from the showers, there was also a community stove, washer/dryer, iron and ironing board... everything you would need. Staff was super friendly. Everyone could take free coffee or tea at the lobby and the buffet breakfast was only 8CHF per day, which is cheap for Swiss standards. And on top of all that, everyone gets the Basel Card which gives a bunch of amenities in the city. Oh and also, the receptionist, on the day I was leaving, had a cool hat.

I had a few hour connection in Basel. I thought since it is so cheap I am going into a scam, but it was very decent comfortable and worth the price.

Basel-Stadt Gundeldingen Zimmer 404, localiza-se em Basileia, a cerca de 2,8 km de Pfalz Basel e 1,7 km de Museu da Arquitetura. Wonderful! I love that it has a kitchen, refrigerator, stove just like at home.

This is the perfect place if you are staying for a few days, and are out and about during the day and evening. Big room, high ceilings, very clean, good mattress and pillows, and linen. There is a new kitchen with all the amenities, even a coffee machine! New bathroom with shower, cleaned every day. Within easy walk of the main train station and trams/bus.
