The silence is amazing, you can hear birds chirping, river flowing, wind howling and the bell from church makes the whole tiny town super interesting. I love it.

It was my first time in such places and honestly I only have the best memories from there

All rooms at Youth Hostel Grindelwald have wooden furniture and offer nice mountain views. Amazing view of the mountains from the hostal. The facilities were very clean and the staff was very friendly. Plus I loved the breakfast. Highly recommend the place, good value for money.
