Everything is clean, the host is very friendly, the place is quiet and very cost effective for all the services that it gives. There is a piano, baby foot and table tennis. Many benches outside too. You can even make a bonfire near the hostel. You won't be dissapointed :)

Just the staff makes this place worth it, both in the reception and the bar you find amazing people that provide great recommendations and good conversations. But the view is worth every single franc paid. We loved our stay here, and found it lovely that it is not right in the noisy small center of Lauterbrunnen but still a short walk or bus away.

This is the most unbelievable hostel that you will ever stay in. It is absolutely beautiful and pristinely queen and in a great location. Don't be tempted to stay like over by the shops because that's kind of a terrible area this is over where there are mansions and it's easily walkable from the train station. Also they give you a bus card for free anyway but anyone could walk it it's like 5 minutes. The rooms are great the breakfast area is great the view is great it's just amazing

Very nice old, typical building. Very nice and functional room with great view over the rooftops of Bern (5th floor) and private sink. All perfectly clean. (Shared) Toilets and bathroom perfectly clean. Nice main room to eat, sit, chill... Super friendly and helpful staff at reception. The perfect hostel.

Reopened in April 2018 after extensive refurbishment and surrounded by a quiet garden with a terrace outdoor chess and morris, this youth hostel in the centre of Bern is just a 5-minute walk from the... The stuff was friendly. Hostel is so clean and comfortable. A large number of places where you can play with friends or spend time by yourself. It was my first time in such places and honestly I only have the best memories from there
