We had room number one and woke up with an amazing view onto the alps so close you can almost touch them. The kitchen is really well equipped. We picked up some supplies for breakfast. Instant coffee, sugar, salt, herbal teas were already there in abundance. Plus they sell local cheese directly from the kitchen fridge. Also, when we left, I had forgotten my purse! The owner came running after us (a good 500 m) to bring it to me! That's what I call SERVICE!

Waking up in this valley was incredible. Bathrooms were clean and communal spaces were easy to use and kept clean. Easy walk to the restaurants and shops, the train, or through the valley to see the waterfalls.

The location was sooo convenient, there bus stop near and only 2 minutes to train station. there also supermarket near there. and they have lounge area in first floor where we can enjoy cup ramen from supermarket cause they provide microwave and kettle. the breakfast was also good in the range of hostel level. everything was clean even the sharing bathroom are always clean. the storages in bedroom have automatic lock with card, no need to bring padlock! also we can rent the switzerland adapter for 10 swiss franc cash instead of buying it. literally im satisfied!

Built in typical Alpine style, the Naturfreunde Hostel Grindelwald provides panoramic views of the Eiger and Wetterhorn mountains. It offers a large garden and free use of the internet terminal. Location is at a quieter neighbourhood, with amazing views, and lots of walk paths around. Bus stop is right infront of the door. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Located at 2,200 metres above sea level, Berggasthaus First offers panoramic views of the Jungfrau region and the Swiss Alps. -Perfect place to stay above the sky. -Staff are amazing and so helpful. -Food is good with reasonable price.
