Location is ok and rooms are also good and clean with kitchen facilities. Staff is cooperative and helpful. Good place with reasonable prices.

Our hostel is situated in three traditional Swiss wooden chalets that surround a courtyard, terras and garden. it was my first time traveling alone and also my first time staying in a hostel. it was AMAZING, i met so many lovely people, the vibes were amazing, the staff was also super nice and would help you with anything you need. location is also great, close to the train station and the bus station is just across the street. i absolutely loved my stay at balmers hostel, it was really cozy too and you can visit so many places around interlaken staying here. absolutely recommend it

The staff are too friendly and very efficient in providing the best facilities to the clients. They were even ride to provide us a drive when the bus to interlaken got cancelled and we were to miss our paragliding slot. Breakfast is the best. Their Swiss Culinary(we had our dinner there) is just delicious.

It's in a walking distance from Brienz station, breakfast is covered and is a buffet, it's managed by one of the best people i have come across. Being a hostel you pay way lesser and it's good to see some rules that exist so everyone can co exist.
