It was way much nicer than i expected :) Super clean and comfy. The staff was also very kind. Definitely would recommend the staying there. Also the dinner was tasty and very affordable.

What to write here to explain how wonderful time we had here... I have to start first with Michelle and Chris, two best persons we ever encountered behind the reception and managing a hostel. It started all with our 2,5h delay or arrival due to the unplanned Gotthard tunnel closing. We were stuck in a traffic jam and arrived around 19:30h instead of 17h. They were so kind and organized our dinner even in that time (initially planned for 18:30h), so when we arrived after our long trip from Italy it was nice and warm and delicious. During our stay there, they have been all the time super friendly, helpful and professional. This place is lucky to have them and without them it would never be the same. Our family room was nice and cosy with the great view of the lake and green fields and mountains around. Birds were waking us in the morning and it felt so great to be so close to nature. Very clean room and the whole place was clean in general. Our kids also had a great time with free activities there (play room, table tennis, table soccer). We are already looking and making plans to come back in the near future. It is not possible to give a higher review than 10/10 so we give only 10 here. I propose booking.com to make some possibility to give option for 'the best ever' mark/sign which can be used once per year or something and only on an exceptional case because this place is definitely exceptional.
