I cannot overstate the professionalism, care, and consideration of all the staff working there. Effortlessly adapting to language and cultural needs, they went far beyond expectations to ensure the stay was highly enjoyable for my daughters and me. The Hotel&Hostel Montarina occupies a historic Villa built around 1860, only 200 metres from the Lugano train station. Every thing. From staff to location to clean place it was very good. If I ever go back to Lugano I will go back there again
