Convenient accommodation for visiting the surrounding towns of Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald, Murren, Wengen, Brienz...etc. Across the street is a Coop supermarket. Well organized and very clean hostel. Breakfast is excellent, rich and varied. Highly recommend, for visiting the Berner Oberland region. Iwould stay here again.

Come to Balmers and stay in the oldest private hostel in Switzerland! Our hostel is situated in three traditional Swiss wooden chalets that surround a courtyard, terras and garden. とても良かったです。スタッフの方は明るく丁寧だったし、施設も十分清潔だったと思います。バス停やcoopがすぐ近くにあるのもかなり便利でした。

Highly recommended for solo travelers or family stacation. The hostel was clean, service was good. They have great view in every corner. Beautiful lake, and you can also swim. I loved it!
