Surrounded by a large garden, Youthhostel Lugano features an outdoor pool with deckchairs and sunshades, as well as children’s playground and volleyball, badminton and table tennis facilities. The stuff was very friendly, the location for a youth hostel was amazing, the room was very clean and we enjoy our stay very much. We’ll return for sure.

The Hotel&Hostel Montarina occupies a historic Villa built around 1860, only 200 metres from the Lugano train station. Despite being a hostel near the train station, it was very nice and quiet. The staff was very nice and helpful. They will provide lockers, vending machines, coffee machine and plenty of space in the fridge as well as facilities to make your own food. And the location is amazing only 5min from train station.
