Our children (ages 4,9 and 11) all loved the playgrounds and treasure hunt hike up the mountain. This was a very family friendly lodge and we hope to visit again! Everyone who works here is friendly and compassionate.

Very friendly family that runs the hotel/hostel. Because it was still low season we got a free upgrade to a better room which is always a nice surprise. The room was very comfortable and the location is fantastic. There is also a lovely little common area where you can watch TV and enjoy a free selection of teas.

It felt like home! Very nice and friendly staff. This is how classic herberge feels like. Toasty warm living room where everyone meets. 2 dogs and a cat were a bonus.
