Với phòng chờ chung, Hostel Engelberg "mein Trail Hostel" tọa lạc ở Engelberg, Obwalden, cách Cáp treo Titlis Rotair Cable Car 15 phút đi bộ và Ga Lucerne 36 km. Nadia and Thomas (and Barry the lovely dog) made me feel so welcome. Breakfast was all organic local food with fresh fruit, bircher muesli... nothing was too much trouble. Comfortable, immaculately clean rooms with a stunning view of the mountains. Straight out the door onto the cobbled streets at the heart of Engelberg.

Located in Engelberg, 500 metres from the Titlis Rotair Cable Car, Engelberg Youth Hostel features a buffet restaurant and a summer terrace. The hostel is located close to the Engelberg center. Everything is reachable by foot. The facilities were super clean. The dinner menu was very good value for Switzerland and breakfast had a large variety of food. I would definetely stay there again. Lockers are big enough, except for huge suitcases.

Located right on the shore of the scenic Eugenisee Lake, Pension St. Jakob is 800 metres from the centre of Engelberg and a 5-minute walk from the Engelberg Cable Car. They let us stay at Espen hotel nearby which the room was very new. The scenary of the view from our room was so good. Breakfast staff are very friendly.

It was like a cabin in the woods. Peaceful and quiet, surrounded by nature. The staff were so friendly and the whole concept was so natural. It did not seem like a hotel/hostel, and more like a guesthouse. Really loved the vibes of the place. Definitely recommend it if you are looking for a getaway in nature away from the busy towns
