When I arrived I discovered that I had accidentally booked for the following night, not the night I was planning to be there! The staff was able to talk to a fellow that had booked a 4 person dorm all for himself to see if he would be willing to share. I think the fact that I was an older solo traveler helped him agree to this. We ended up getting along well. I was really impressed that staff at check in were willing to go above and beyond to make my stay possible. Plus, it was a comfortable bed.

The bed and the bathroom are so clean, especially the bathroom has good smell. 2. They provide the free shampoo and the hair dryer. 3. The staff are so nice. Gave me the detailed introduction and recommendation of the beer. 4. Close to the Schaffhausen Bahnhof. I mean it's really close. 5. The sound insulation is good. 6. I'm lucky that it's only me this night.

The Hotel Zak is located right in the car-free centre, 3 minutes' walk from the Schaffhausen Train Station. Free Wi-Fi is available in the the entire building. Everything was so clean and the working staff was so nice and kind. Totally recommend it

The lady at the reception was so nice,Room was so clean,nice and very well decorated.Washroom was also very clean. Towels and every necessary things were provided. 10 min walk from the rhein falls and train station and the bus station is just in front of the door. Overall 10/10
