Guests can have a drink at the snack bar. My stay was very enjoyable, thanks to the great location that made it easy to get around and explore. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist and able to speak several languages, which made communication smooth for everyone. The rooms were also surprisingly spacious and spotless, offering a comfortable and relaxing space throughout my visit.

3-course meals are available on prior request at Youth Hostel Zermatt. We had a wonderful time! The room was warm, cozy and clean. We gad a great view over the town and the Matterhorn. Breakfast was great. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The room was spacious and the bathrooms were clean and felt private. Great kitchen area with eating tables, fridge, and toaster/microwave for hostel guests. Staff accommodated a late check-in. Easy, 5-min drive to Tasch train station. Great location for touring Zermatt. Just for information, smoking is allowed in the restaurant downstairs.

Decent hiking breakfast, extremely clean and practical bathroom built in the old room.

Free WiFi is available and guests have free access to the indoor pool. Superb property esp for families with young children. Great location next to bus station and stops. Village down the hill.
