Christian, the owner, was also really nice and welcoming.

I actually had the dormitory to myself and he still made me breaking at 7-30 just me in the restaurant. Proper mountain breakfast and then a walk up to almost 3000m!

World-famous Matterhorn Mountain can be viewed from Youth Hostel Zermatt. Ski lifts as well as Zermatt city centre are a 10-minute walk away. Free Wi-Fi is available in public areas. really a good location to see the Matterhorn mountain, you can even view it at breakfast! and the staffs helps me to solve the problem thanks them all!

Free access to some nearby attractions and cable cars within the valley was included with the city tax which was a bonus. Great value for the money
