My stay was very enjoyable, thanks to the great location that made it easy to get around and explore. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist and able to speak several languages, which made communication smooth for everyone. The rooms were also surprisingly spacious and spotless, offering a comfortable and relaxing space throughout my visit.

The location requires a bit of advanced planning (arriving to the Cabane skiing, with everything on a backpack), but once we were there, everything was perfect. Rooms, toilets and showers are very clean. The food is delicious, the service is excellent and there is a very good ambiance among all the different staff members. We have two vegetarian and one vegan in our family and the chef organized something special at each dinner. A special thanks to Mahrez, Noémie, Adrien and Dorian that took so well care about us.

Superb property esp for families with young children. Great location next to bus station and stops. Village down the hill. Over the top professional and empathetic staff. Opened on 16 June 2017, Crans-Montana Youth Hostel is located in a historic hotel building with 3 terrasses with mountain and lake views, a restaurant and a bar. Amazing view with peace. Wonderful place
