My stay was very enjoyable, thanks to the great location that made it easy to get around and explore. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist and able to speak several languages, which made communication smooth for everyone. The rooms were also surprisingly spacious and spotless, offering a comfortable and relaxing space throughout my visit.

World-famous Matterhorn Mountain can be viewed from Youth Hostel Zermatt. Ski lifts as well as Zermatt city centre are a 10-minute walk away. Free Wi-Fi is available in public areas. Very nice reception area. Breakfast is great. Our room was perfect. Staff members were super friendly and helpful.

This was the nicest hostel I have stayed in. The room was spacious and the bathrooms were clean and felt private. Great kitchen area with eating tables, fridge, and toaster/microwave for hostel guests. Staff accommodated a late check-in. Easy, 5-min drive to Tasch train station. Great location for touring Zermatt. Just for information, smoking is allowed in the restaurant downstairs.
