The room was spacious, tastefully decorated and with a private bathroom. Coffee or tea was available in the dining room anytime. Breakfast was generous. I arrived early due to bad weather and as my room was available I was allowed to check in early. I very much appreciated this.

World-famous Matterhorn Mountain can be viewed from Youth Hostel Zermatt. Ski lifts as well as Zermatt city centre are a 10-minute walk away. Free Wi-Fi is available in public areas. The staff at reception did super job and refresh your arrival, Zermatt is magic thank you for being there !

The recent refurbishment is classy and stylish. The pool is swanky with huge windows looking out over the mountains, ditto for the spa which is 13chf extra per day and worth a visit. Breakfast is ample with lots of choice. No complaints at all! Staff are nice too. I stayed in a mixed dormitory because the hotel was full so no female dorms were set up. The room was big. For a youth hostel it’s not cheap but what can I say, it is Switzerland so what can you do? It’s a 7 minute walk to the funicular which drops you into the ski resort. I loved the skiing. Lots of red runs and many drag lifts.

Opened in September 2014, the Saas-Fee wellnesshostel4000 is located in the centre of Saas-Fee and offers an indoor pool with a water slide and a children's pool, a gym, and a wellness area with a... Location, facilities, staff…the amazing architecture itself… everything is so nice. I can’t just list one or two:)

It is a basic hotel, but on the basics it delivers. Perfect location and a clean room with a nice bed and private bathroom. Breakast was essential, but very nice. I appreciated to have fresh bread with Salami and cheese. Staff is available on call.
