The staff were super friendly, our plans changed last minute due to unforseen weather conditions and they were very understanding and willing to help us out. Our room had a heater which was great for the cold winter nights. The shower was amazing. Breakfast was quite good, and they packed some breakfast to go on the days we had to leave early for a tour. Would definitely stay here again!

They had all the basics of a continental breakfast and they made pancakes and eggs. They also helped me with booking tours. Best hostal I stayed in Chile.
