Staff, especially Connie, were kind and helpful. It was very clean. My room was comfortable. The common area was good and there were lots of options for places to sit. Breakfast was very good including made to order eggs or pancakes plus a take away bag if you were going on a trip. Location was a short walk from the main area but I liked that.

She provided great helps and lots useful suggestion to me. The location is excellent, especially if one arrive by bus since it is right next to the bus station.

It's got a full kitchen for cooking your own meals. Thr location is just outside the town and we prefer it that way, it's quiet and take only less than 10 minutes to walk from mid of town. Sometimes, cute cats from the neighbourhood will come and visit.

Rodrigo is very organized as such everything runs very smoothly especially with so many people using the kitchen. He is exceptionally helpful and caring. He follows up and makes great suggestions on tours as well as organizing the shuttle bus. Breakfast is generous and delicious. As well he offers real coffee.
