Conveniently located 400 metres from a supermarket, MaPatagonia Hostel Casa Historica offers accommodation in Puerto Varas. Rooms include a shared bathroom. Brilliant hostel, we are travelling with or 18 and 16 year old kids. This place is very safe and we felt so welcome. We had 2 rooms with shared bathrooms which were always cleaned. Our room had a superb view of the lake and volcano. Kitchen area was superb and even had a coffee machine and tea facilities for all guests to use for free. The lounge area was fantastic. There was secure parking for our car.

When we first arrived we were given a tour and a suggested itinerary for our time on Chiloe. The room was comfortable and spacious for us. The kitchen was well equipped and a good space for cooking and dining. Close to town and overall really positive experience here.
