The breakfast was basic but was more than enough to get me started, and the owner prepares breakfast for each room based on when in the morning they would like to have it at (even if it is early in the morning), which I thought was such a nice thing to do.

They stored our luggages for free during the 5 days Torres del Paine trekking. When we came back, that's a bit late, they have already put our luggage in our room and let us do the check-in in the next morning. The kitchen was well equipped and good for cooking!

As we were leaving early after our first night, they made us a breakfast box to take with us that morning. Rooms were clean and comfortable, but the efficiency and ease of the practical side was so appreciated,

There are barbecue facilities and the property even has a tour desk. We used the hostel before and after the W Trek and were able to store the luggage there. The rooms were in the backyard, we had enough space to prepare for our trip. Staff was very friendly and accomodating.

The rooms here are equipped with a private or shared bathroom; some of them have mountain views. They all have TV, on our fourth floor you will find a wonderful view of the city and mountains that surround Puerto Natales. Located five blocks from the Main Street the location is good. The staff were super helpful and spoke excellent English. The accommodation was modern, comfortable, spacious and clean. Just be aware that they have rooms in a block at the back that go up 3 or 4 floors, so if you don’t want to be carrying your luggage up several flights of stairs ask for a ground floor room. There is a gated parking area if you have a car. Breakfast was one of the best we had in Patagonia, and started at 6am which was ideal because it meant we could leave early for Torres and be in the park for 8am. We would definitely stay here again.
