One of the best hostels we've ever stayed at! The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the common areas are spacious yet also feel cozy. Monica, Andres and Camila totally saved our trek in Torres Del Paine National Park when our airline lost our luggage. We were able to rent a tent, trekking poles and cooking equipment from the hostel. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to others!

Wow, this hostel exceeded all my expectations! They reserved the gear we requested for us without a deposit. We rented a tent, two sleeping bags, two sleeping pads, two pairs of trekking poles and two backpacks, and everything was of good quality and in great condition. They also provide free storage for the items you don't want to take with you on the trek. I loved the huge lockers under the beds, the private showers and the location of the hostel. The bus terminal is only a 10-minute walk away. Tried to stay here again after the hike, but it was fully booked.

Hostal Baquedano is set in the centre of Puerto Natales, 500 metres away from the Main Square and 600 metres from the bus station. Each room comes with a private bathroom fitted with a shower. Very nice owners, well furnished and decorated rooms with en-suite bathrooms, clean (even offers daily hotel-like cleaning if you want), rich breakfast (pre-packed if you need to leave before 7am). Good location in relation to bus terminal and center. Can pay by credit card / cash in CLP / USD / EUR and maybe some more, or a mix of them.

Great rooms with private bathroom and shower, very very comfortable beds, shoe rack outside the rooms (very important as hiking gear is smelly, I've been in some very smelly dorms with shoes everywhere), great knowledgable staff, beautiful venue, great wifi, barista made coffee, quiet, stylish.
