It was very clean and well looked after. The staff was really good and the location was just perfect. Amazing they have an early breakfast, because mostly everyone leaves really early in the the morning.

The owner was so sweet and welcoming. The free breakfast was a must. There was so much attention to make our stay as comfortable, pleasant as possible. We definitely recommend this stay for everyone who wants to be close to the bus station for departure to Torres Del Paine National Park. It was clean, comfortable.

Amazing staff who were really helpful, including renting us equipment for the W-trek (the equipment was good and cheap). Really clean hostel, kitchen is organized and great, showers are hot. Nice vibe, but also quiet after 10pm.

Hostal Baquedano is set in the centre of Puerto Natales, 500 metres away from the Main Square and 600 metres from the bus station. Each room comes with a private bathroom fitted with a shower. The staff were incredibly helpful, going well beyond expectations, for example helping us navigate the Torres del Paine website to buy passes. The hostel is well situated in the old town and has all the facilities we needed.

Very comfortable and high quality stay, the small touches of having shampoo and towels made a massive difference, feels more like a hotel x hostel. Breakfast quite basic but what you'd expect in South America, proper coffee at breakfast gives it an extra star from me

It's simple house with five rooms and you really feel like at home. The host is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are simple but comfortable (there's no window but a roof skylight). Even in January it was heated and there's really hot water. Kitchen was well equipped so we didn't have problems with cooking.
