Can not recommend this place enough! Perfect if you're planning to trek Torres del Paine, staff were very helpful with directions and renting us good camp gear. Showers are hot, well-equipped kitchen, big open common area with hammocks and a laundry if you need it. Super cool vibe:)

The owner was so sweet and welcoming. The free breakfast was a must. There was so much attention to make our stay as comfortable, pleasant as possible. We definitely recommend this stay for everyone who wants to be close to the bus station for departure to Torres Del Paine National Park. It was clean, comfortable.

Puma House is perfectly located. Just around the corner, there is a laundry place. There are 2 big supermarkets close by and a mini maeket just next to it. The staff was extremely helpful. One gave us some tips on where pumas are normally sighted at Torres del Paine National Park and he also lent us his binoculars for two days! We managed to spot a puma 😀 The room was clean, and the heating works well. We got fresh towels whenever we asked for new ones. There is a kitchen which we could use. There is free coffee. It felt homey. We would definitely stay here again.

Hostal Baquedano is set in the centre of Puerto Natales, 500 metres away from the Main Square and 600 metres from the bus station. Each room comes with a private bathroom fitted with a shower. Extremely friendly owner making previous 10 star ratings you have given irrelevant.

Nằm cách Maria Auxiliadora Church 8 phút đi bộ và Cueva del Milodon 26 km, Treehouse Patagonia cung cấp các phòng ở Puerto Natales. I’ve never felt so welcome and at home before at any hostal as I have at the treehouse. The host Gerardo went out of his way to make our stay perfect! He not only “saved” our W trek by lending us some of his hiking sticks last minute but he also gave us several rides around town (as the hostel was more quiet given that it’s low season). The room was cozy, warm and quiet. The storage and laundry machine came in handy for our trip to Torres del Paine. Breakfast was great, loved the self service and coffee was always ready early in the morning :) on our last night Gerardo showed us how to make the most delicious Chilenan completos (hotdogs). We were truly sad when we had to leave!

With an excellent location right in the city centre, Wild Hostel offers accommodations in Puerto Natales. Free Wi-Fi access is available and guests are served a daily complimentary American breakfast.... The place is perfectly set up if you are doing the W trek (if you stay there before and after), they held onto our luggage while we were away and we found it waiting in our room when we checked back in. We also appreciated the packed breakfast when we left very early in the morning. The staff were always smiling and super helpful and the hostel was nice and chilled, wish we had a bit more time to hang there.

Located just an 8-minute walk from the city center, Sheuen Patagonia offers accommodation in Puerto Natales. Free WiFi is available. Super clean, good breakfast, great bathrooms (we were wary about them being shared, but they turned out to be super clean and felt like private bathrooms anyway), and amazing staff.
