After 2.5 months of traveling in South America, this is the best place we've been! Very comfortable room, everything is very clean, everything is thought about from the smallest things like electricity plugs to the things in the kitchen. A very calm and cozy place, it's not the center but very close to a bus station (3 min walking) and the metro station (7 min walking). The host is an amazing person, very kind and helpful, the things he has done for us you expect only from close friends!! If we are coming back to Santiago, it will definitely be this place!!

Hostal Sol y Luna. The most welcoming corner of Santiago. In a quiet neighborhood of Pudahuel, just 10 minutes from the airport, a different hostel awaits you, built with a traveling soul and Swiss... We really enjoyed staying here, the location in proximity to the airport was great for early departures. The host was very communicative and helpful, we also enjoyed meeting other guests that were staying here and talking in the wonderful backyard area.

Clean, comfortable and friendly, the owner responded quickly to my last minute booking and was waiting for me on arrival, which I was grateful for as it was late and dark. I even received an upgrade without asking as the owner could see I'd had a big day. I was also offered an airport transfer for my return the airport the following day at a competitive and reasonable price. Thanks again for your kindness.
